Technical information needs to be simplified for clarity. It may require a cutaway illustration or diagram to help keep the audience focused on the relevant components.
When a process needs to be explained, animation can be extremely useful. 3D animation can allow you to follow a process without being distracted by unnecessary details.
Information is absorbed and retained more quickly with the use of visual aids. Presentation boards can help communicate complex concepts verbally or with 2D images.
Data can sometimes be more confusing than helpful. That is why it is important to distill the information and present it in an approachable way for the viewer to comprehend.
ANIMATIONS, ILLUSTRATIONS AND MORE!
Animation and graphics can help the viewer understand event relationships more clearly. If your viewer needs to understand how a system or machine operates, animation and graphics are an invaluable tool in communicating your message.
